A successful LED lighting solution requires careful consideration and planning by the gaffer, and accurate calculation and measurement. The most commonly used light colors in LED lighting design are blue, green, and white. The welding technology of these three colors of LED lights is generally based on white LED welding. Below we will introduce the white LED welding technology commonly used by gaffers in lighting technology. lighting
(1) The welding temperature is 260 °C, 3 seconds.
The temperature is too high, and too long will burn out the chip. In order to better protect the LED, the LED fluid and the PC board should be kept more than 2mm apart to allow the soldering heat to be dissipated in the pin.
(2) Be sure to wear anti-static gloves during production, anti-static wrists, and electric soldering iron must be grounded.
Because the anti-static of the white LED is 100V, and the working humidity on the workbench is 60%-90%, the static electricity of the human body will damage the crystalline layer of the light-emitting diode, and after working for a period of time (such as 10 hours), the diode will fail (not bright), and in severe cases, it will fail immediately.
(3) The normal working current of LED is 20mA, and small fluctuations in voltage (such as 0.1V) will cause large fluctuations in current (10%-15%).
Therefore, different current-limiting resistors should be paired according to the voltage drop of the LED in circuit design to ensure that the LED is in the best working condition. If the current is too large, the LED will shorten the life, and the current is too small to reach the required light intensity.
Generally, LED spectroscopic color separation will be provided in batches, that is, the LED light intensity, voltage, and light color in the same package of products are consistent, and the spectroscopic color is displayed.
